The journal was founded in 2021. 
The goals and objectives of the scientific peer–reviewed journal are:

— providing operational coverage of the results of research, scientific and practical activities of researchers, postgraduates, applicants, undergraduates, as well as foreign scientists and researchers in the field of history, philology, pedagogy, psychology, philology, sociology, cultural studies, book studies, library science, bibliography and informology.  

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE DESIGN OF THE TEXT OF THE ARTICLE

1. The article should be written in Microsoft Word format, Times New Roman TJ font (for Tajik text) Times New Roman (for Russian and English text), font size 14, spacing 1.

2. All pages must be numbered.

3. Article size up to 15 pages (A4).

4. The list of used literature should be developed on the basis of the requirements of GOST 7.1-2003 and GOST 7.0.5-2008.

THE ORDER OF SUBMISSION OF MATERIALS

1. The article for the journal will be sent to the address of the editorial office by mail, e-mail or in person.

2. The article should comply with the requirements of the Higher Attestation Commission for the design of scientific publications.
