THE ORDER OF CONSIDERATION OF THE MANUSCRIPT
1. All articles received by the editors are registered. They are assigned a registration number.
2. Articles submitted for publication are reviewed by experts in the field related to the research problem. Reviewing is carried out in accordance with the "Procedure for Reviewing Manuscripts".
3. The decision to publish an article in the journal is made at a meeting of the editorial board.
4. The author of the editorial board to accept the article for publication or its rejection is reported to the author by e-mail.
5. After a positive decision is made, the timing of the publication of the article is determined.
6. Submitted materials will not be returned. They will be delivered to the archives.
